Terms of Service (EULA)

1. License Grant
Hazem Elghonimy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Huroof Master on your mobile device for personal, non-commercial use. This license is solely for your use of the application as provided by the Licensor.
2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- Payments: Billing is handled through your Apple ID or Google Play account. We do not store or process your payment information directly.
- Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" button in the Settings menu to regain access to previously purchased "Pro" features.
- Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as we do not control the payment processing.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
- Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Service.
- Interfere with the server communication between the app and our backend (hosted on Railway).
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our support staff.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Licensor expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Application.
